...or whether I'm Aitwo, Aithree, or Aifour...I mean, we're all here!”.
No quote could better introduce you to I AM˛, a fanlisting and shrine to the character of Ai from the Pokémon animated series. She makes her only appearance in Myuutsuu no Gyakushuu, the first full-length Pokémon film, also known with the dub name of Mewtwo vs. Mew. Sadly, the sequence in which she shows up was cut in the dubbed version due to its dark nature. It was later translated and included as a bonus content in the Mewtwo Returns DVD; in this version, Ai's name was changed in Amber. I will still be referring to her as Ai, though.
Ai appears in the film as a cloned child who establishes a deep friendship with another clone in the same laboratory, a Pokémon named Mewtwo. In spite of their attachment to each other, their friendship will end in a tragical way: the little girl will eventually die, this time not to be brought back to life anymore. More about her is told in Myuutsuu no Tanjou, a Japanese radio drama focused on the two characters' backstory.
